	Belle, well it's a mystery why the woman who I spoke to on the phone two weeks ago only added 'some' of the info she asked for to my account. Even bigger mystery why the website just chucked me off without so much as a kiss my posterior. I honestly think that there is something lost in translation by using people who may well know the words but actually understanding grammar and nuances of a language is lacking. It works both ways I'm sure, but it is not good.

	I downloaded chrome, already have Edge, no joy with either. Still got the 'something went wrong' but was able to fill in a 'tell us what you think' so I did :-D

	I have just tried 2 different laptops with 2 different browsers, Firefox and Edge and got straight in on both.

	Thanks Belle, I get that message but just carry on typing, then type in password and I get 'something went wrong etc. I remember years ago when GR was telling everyone who was having problems to try different browsers. It turned out to be a problem with GR.

	I've just tried on my lappy, Island which is Firefox and got in. It said when it asks for your email address 'Your email does not look right. Please enter an email address' I just continued typing my email addresss and then that message disappeared and it said continue....then I was in :-0 :-)
