I agree, Ann.

I think the right one went tonight. Interesting to see their farewell dance and ha actually was laughing. I think he was relieved in a way.

AnninGlos Report 16 Oct 2022 15:14

did they say he had been very ill, I thought he said he felt unwell but didn't hear/see any more. Hamzin too was unwell in the week so sounds like a virus going around.

I hope Will will stay. I can’t understand why he was forced to dance when he had been so very ill and unable to train. He didn’t do very well, but that is understandable

When Anton first became a Judge I wasn't too keen on him in that role as Bruno left big boots to fill :-0

Now, though, I rather like him and don't miss Bruno at all :-D

In those immortal words..................ME TOO!

I do so love an Argentine Tango. . Fleur did a blooming good job.

I dont know if I really like street dance, with Tyler, but he was certainly energetic.

As said before, they all upped their game.

I hope they do not pick a good dancer against a not so good in the dance off, but I suppose it makes it easier to vote them off.

Anton was very pleased with his NTA award, and so he should be. He is becoming more like Len every week. Always giving encouragement.

Belle, you always give us such a concise run down that all I can say is 'I agree with all you said' :-D

I loved Fleur's Argentine Tango. I remember when this only came towards the end of the series, this was quite early. I too didn't enjoy Tyler's but that is the dance not him. I also enjoyed Hamza and Kym. I am not keen on the Rumba anyway but thought Will did try, so difficult for men that dance.

still no doubt the public will keep their favourites in so we shall see.

Well, what a high standard of dancing..... nearly everyone upped their game last night, even Tony :-0 :-D

My favourite dance of the night had to be Fleur's Argentine Tango, so sensual :-0

Followed very closely by Hamza's Salsa and Kym's Samba both full of zest. It's funny how Hamza has a bad week them comes back the following week with all guns ablazing, in fact the same happened to Fleur :-). Liked the way Hamza had his hair tied to his shirt, it must be a religious thing for it to be so long :-)

I thought Matt was a little bit better than last week with his Jive but hadn't improved as much as some of the others :-(. The other I didn't like was Will's Rumba but thereagain celeb males always find this dance hard, not helped by it coming so early in the competition :-(

I normally like Tyler but Mega Mix Garage is not really my thing :-D :-D

I think it should be Matt and Will in the dance off with Will to stay :-). However, after last week noone is safe :-0

I think we should be judging Motsi’s hair each week it seems to have a life of its own

Missed last week's prog but caught up on i-player.

Another two hour stint tonight. Got me tartan blanket and thermos at the ready. :-D :-D

Personally I think the twittering on social media may have influenced the public vote.

At the moment some has high cringe factor whilst other dances are pure entertainment.
Typical strictly really. :-D :-D

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 10 Oct 2022 07:43

I think the judges were genuinely shocked at that too.

LondonBelle

LondonBelle Report 10 Oct 2022 06:44

Well the couples in the Dance Off this week really surprised me :-0.

I have to say that out of the two dances I did much prefer Fleur's:-). It was such a shame though to see Richie & Giovanni go:-(

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 9 Oct 2022 21:52

The usual early days farce when people are kept in who should not be. Still that is as it always is. Felt sorry for Giovanni winner last year, out second week this. Two weeks running when Shirley has said she would have kept the loser in.

LondonBelle

LondonBelle Report 9 Oct 2022 10:20

Another marathon :-0

My favourites were Tyler, Molly, Kym, Will and Helen :-D :-D

I also thought Jayde did very well and is really flying the flag for those of a fuller figure....I admire her enthusiasm and she is giving it 100% :-)

Tony would certainly get a 10 for entertainment as I really did laugh but he certainly is no dancer :-D Perhaps the Public will keep him in like they did for Dan last year :-0

My feeling is that Matt should be in the dance off again this week :-( Not sure who else should join him as there are plenty hovering at the bottom :-0 I think Matt will go this week :-(

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 9 Oct 2022 08:28

Not sure who it will be tonight. Nobody particularly stood out for me. Molly is probably safe although the public usually take against the judges favourite. I was tired though after travelling home from holiday so maybe not concentrating.
what I did enjoy was all the virtual backgrounds especially to the little mermaid I thought it was very pretty, but also that it takes away from the dance itself a bit.

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 3 Oct 2022 07:44

For the record, the dance off was between Kaye Adams and Matt Goss.

I too thought that Kaye's dance was better, but Matt stayed. He seems very unsure of himself. Well out of his comfort zone.

So Tony, lives to fight another day.

Edit. The Twitterati disagree with the judges. Kaye should have stayed!
