One of my neighbours was taken away in a ambulance this morning. I had to walk past. I hope they didnt think I was nosing, but that was the only way down to town. She did not look too clever at all :-( <3 |

I have that Reynards Disease in my hands. My fingers go white, and I cannot feel them. When the circulation returns, boy is it painful :-( |

Not yet Fly.....I got some thicker gloves out this morning and had warmed them on the radiator but by the end of walkies my hands were freezing again :-( |

When the circulation returns to the fingers, it feels like burning. Never run hot water over the fingers, or try to warm them up too quickly. Rubbing the hands together is probably the best way of warming the hands, but it is a slow process :-( |
