I thought it was partly filmed near Hadrians wall. Well, actually I lie, hubby thought it was filmed near Hadrians wall:)

Robin Hood and Nottingham comes to mind. Amazing Grace was shot at Chatham Dockyard (useless facts time) but no idea where they filmed Robin Hood, sorry ;-((

Robin Hood & Nottingham are correct Dee, but Robin Hood Prince of Thieves was filmed in Carcassonne in France! Nottingham Castle not being thought 'authentic' enough! They were right enough there werent they Chrissie? Jacqui

Well I couldn't think what Bath had to do with Robin:) Ye Old Salutation is famous. I went to a ghost story evening there once and Jacqui and I and 3 others took a certain bear there for a drink:)

Sorry, I got side tracked folks I was thinking of Scarborough, it was a watering place or spa it has a famous fair and correct me if I am wrong it is connected with Robin Hood Bay ;-))

Sorry not to have come back sooner - yes it's Laugharne, Carmarthenshire. Home of the poet Dylan Thomas. Towering limestone cliffs rise to a height of 450 feet on either side of a narrow, winding road in an area famed for it's caves containing stalactite and stalagmite formation, and it's cheese. Where are we now?
