Well Sue When you mentioned the 1851 census I had a vauge recollection that I am supposed to be trying to find my ancestors as a hobby or something........... Great great Grandad Scholey was born Pennistone (spelling?) and I want to find him with his parents so I'm sure its him before I start forking out for certificates. He ended up in Sheffield on the1861 but I wondered where the area that he was born is. OMG I've gone all geneological on the general board !!!!!! Whatever next! LOL Mandy |

OMG Does all the people North of Watford talk like this? aint got a notion what you lot are on about, its like foreign, the Irish do this too grrrrr. Now all I asked was where is this Bradford, its a well known place I have heard of it so it must be quite famous lol. My rellie aint gonna be there Sue he decides at the age of 13 to go to Madras? aint found out what he is doing going from Bradford to Madras??? think its the opposite these days, aint it? lol blame blokes like my rellie for todays nonsense. Anyway he ends up getting worn out at 50!!! I think I take after him big time as i am worn out too and thats my age exactly, I ony eat Indian I don't physically go there do you reckon there should be a Government health warning? Well my rellie may have swiped an Indian wife in the process of serving his Country, I am hoping to eventually find the truth, I am investigating this Yorkshire lad and will find out what he was up to to make him worn out, I know what I was doing just want to compareLOL. lol pat. bradford is about a 15 min drive from me ! not been there for ages- but hubby keeps on about going- thee is supposed to be the best curry place there EVER ! in fact- i had my first ever curry there [ a couple of moons ago... cough] with the ex hubby ! good meal- lousy company, pmsl ! |
