I think you will find that once an account is deleted any messages will go as well...so all we know is that her name is Jayne nothing else

Jayne seems to have deleted her account, mores the pity. Earlier on, she said that her mother might be one of your relations. Do you have any idea of the connection? If we can back-work it, we might be able to find contact details for her.

She did say that she had sent a message to Glen - Although it might have disappeared when Jayne deleted, if you can ask him to access his GR account, there might be a hint of the how and whys.

That thread was removed for no reason at all.....

I very rarely report anything, but a little while ago I asked a new poster to remove his address and telephone number.....I sent a pm he read it but did not return to the thread or reply to my message

So I asked Genes to edit those details out......what did they do?.....removed the thread......so now I don't bother reporting its a waste of time

GR staff do alter threads so that would have been the sensible thing for GR to do in this case ie just alter the wording but keep the thread in situ.

The address Jayne gave in the first thread was the same road but she wasn't sure of the number and gave us the wrong one....I have mentioned the correct number earlier in this thread....should she want to write to it.

Jayne said the one with the unusual name was the mother....whether that was her real name or not??? the only marriage I could see was to a Margaret

Anthony, Glenn and another name are showing on the ER for 2002 and Charles only for 2004. According to a search on Zoopla.co.uk for sold prices, the last time the property changed hands was in 1999.

Although I didn't see the OP of the original thread, didn't you say that you had an 'old' address from that time? Have you tried writing to it in case they are still living there but have opted out of the commercial listing? Of course, if it was a rented property, they could have moved on.

Have you tried face book for any of the family, including the one with an unusual first name? (Might be a female spouse for one of the males, depending on their ages)

Well Jayne said they didn't even bother to send her an email saying why it was removed

So I doubt very much that they even read it.....which I have said all along with this company when I have asked them why

They are probably spending more time with the stuff that is reported on the General Chat board to worry about people who are actually using the site for help

As i posted on Jayne's first thread (that was RR'd and removed).........i hope GR take this seriously and take note of who did the reporting!

Why cannot genes ban the anonymous idiot?
