Try looking for her and her husband on the electoral rolls

It may be though that she may have opted out of the public rolls

Thanks for that guys, unfortunately I've drawn a blank there. I'll just keep looking.
For the record her name is Mary A Lemon, Born Bristol 1946 mothers maiden name Good. That's how I know it's her. She was known to me as Anna, I last saw her when she was 3 years old and I was six years old. Although my mother's maiden name appears as Good on Anne's birth certificate her real maiden name was Coull, she was unofficially adopted as happened a lot in those days. My God all these lost children. Would love to find her. Love all you guys for all your amazing help. Thankyou.

I just happened to glance at the Success Stories board and saw Barbara's post

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/success_stories/thread/1355211

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++

After years of searching for my Father without success GR found him in two days, although sadly he is deceased and my half sister also, I am now in touch with lots of great nephews and nieces, and hope to meet them soon, a whole new family I didn't know I had. A very big thankyou to all at GR with a special mention to Kay. You are all incredible people, and long may you continue xx

so I came looking for her thread, and remembered reading it, and thought anyone who had missed it would like to see her conclusion if they don't read that board :-)
