hello all,
I have just joined and i am hoping someone will have some info for me,my dad was called royston douglas stewart from ipswich, his mum was mrs f davis also from ipswich, i think my dad married a lady whos maiden name was ablitt before he then married my mother who was called shirley towers.
I am trying to find any relatives

thanks again, i have had a bash on the site bmd but dont seem to get anywhere, i will have another try tomorow, most of the info you have given me is news to me.I was brought up by my dad as I think my mother died young,He never told me anything so this is all new,the only blood relative I ever met was my grandmother, but now I have some info to be going on with. BTW,i found my long lost brother a few years ago after 40 years, so miracles do happen,,,,cheers

Well using FreeBMD there is at least one son born in Ipswich in 1949 as well as a couple born in the Bromley reg distict

They may not be for the same couple just have the surname combinations

so that would mean i have a half brother, it would be a heluva coincidence if they were not my dad and his first wife
