Life is very strange, just two days ago I had written to Plymouth Records Office to see if they wanted to have the said newspaper extract. They wrote back to say they were on hold as they are in the course of moving. I thought I would check up on genes to see if there had been any further replies! So I was delighted to read your post. If you want to have this somewhat, tatty page I will happily send it on to you.
