Went to FAQ Help Centre, but the instructions I received and tried to implement didn't work because your 'guidance' notes are no longer up to date:

There was no 'subscribe' to click on.

I was able to choose my membership package, so that worked!

But there was no green box titled 'Subscribe' for me to click on.

So how do I now renew my debit card with you to pay my subscription on time?

I require an answer quickly if you still want my custom!

It is unlikely that anyone from GR will read this board in time.

It's difficult to know at times just who to contact about certain problems and situations.

Please I been eith very long time with you I need to change my subscription as I have changed bank I pay my subscription every 6 months..please can you get in touch....to sueandjohnkett@btinternet.com
