Hi Ann of Green Gables,
Sorry but I have never been able to get information via IGI (computers are great when you know what you're doing, but not if you don't!). I am learning every day, but have not been able to get to grips with this website. Am considering asking them for directions as to how to access this - and not just for me, but for all of the other "silver surfers" like me who don't know where to start!

Thank you all for the information - I am a bit overwhelmed with everything that you've found for me, but will be looking through it all this evening and will definitely send for the marriage certificate as a starting point to check if it is correct!
Bless you all!
Jayne

try this free site - dead easy to use - all the info I have posted came off this site - watch out though for "submitted" information which is not really verified, and "extracted" which is apparently more reliable
