LydiaChatterton born @ 1886 in Lincolnshire. daughter of William Chatterton and Margaret Pettit. How do I find out if she is the Lydia who wrote cookery books. I have tried Wikipedia and googled the name with no success. Where do I look next, Is there a list of Authors ?She wrote many books during the war.The first I can find is 1930 ( which I have) but nothing about her. |

It would seem that she wrote much earlier than you say -there is a case of the "Modern Cookery Illustrated" book being published 1917 by Odhams Press |
