We've all had to start our research at some point and we know just how tricky it can be. BMDs, Census records, ancestors, descendants, pedigree - there's just so much to take in!

Our Community pages are a mine of useful information. There are plenty of helpful tips on how to get started and if you're stuck then you can always ask a question. We have some very knowledgeable members who are more than happy to help.

If you have just started out in family history then we suggest you take a look at this useful thread which is full of useful tips for beginners.

And if you're not sure how to use something on the site then take a look at our help pages. You're sure to find the answer there.

I have made some mistakes and posted three of the same pages. How do I sort them? Plus I have made mistakes on my research information i can't sort that until I sort my 3 submissions. HELP :-S
