I am trying to find any information on the Parents of John SHIPP born about 1794 I think in Sternfield Suffolk England

He had two children Henry born 1814 and Charles 1818

Henry married Elizabeth Downing

In Occold a few miles away the Beta site has a christening of a John Ship on 17 May 1772 with parents Robert and Eliz Ship. There is also a later christening on 18 April 1779 of a John Ship to John and Eliz Ship

No, that isn't someone else......... and Diane obviously hasn't returned to it, or she wouldn't be asking EXACTLY the same thing again

And before anyone suggests Diane doesn't know how to find her threads, let me assure you that she does. As can be seen if you visit her October thread about a later generation of Shipps
