Hello Phillip

Thanks so much for the offer....
If you can find any reference to Jemima Lewis. born 1886 in Ireland. Family folklore mentions Ballymena, Co Antrim. She was born to Martha Blair and William Currie Lewis. They were living in Glasgow at the time, but her mother must have returned to Ireland for the birth. Many many thanks
Carolyn
Ps It may be helpful to know that they were Irish Protestants.

Hi Phillip,

Am looking for the marriage of Charles Sullivan born approx 1821 Cork, who married a Margaret Ruffle? born approx 1827 Cork. Their first child was called Ellen Sullivan and although on the census record it says she was born in Hull East Yorkshire, there is no record for her in the baptisms but there is for all her siblings. So was she also born in Ireland, please could you look for the marriage and her birth if possible.

Regards Helen

Hi Phillip,
Wondered if you could find info on my gr-Grandparents. Their names are John Duffy and Mary Duffy nee Gaffney, her parents are Phillip Gaffney and Margaret Gaffney nee Mc Cartney. I have them on the Scottish 1901 census, their oldest son who was 10 at this time and born in Scotland. so they must have moved to Scotland prior to 1801. On their son Peter's birth cert (my Grandad) they were married in Newton-Butler Fermanagh and the age on Mary's death cert was 72yrs, giving a birth of around 1857, thanking you for your kindness, Ann
