Hi Lorraine

I was wondering if you could do a look up for me the family Maye
Thomas Maye married Ellen Henry 1903
His father Martin
Thomas had possibly 7 children including aMichael James born 1910 in Roosky Co. Mayo
Thomas and his father were both farmers Martin had died by 1903
Any information on the family would be great.
Other possible siblings of Michael were Bea and Francis/Frances
I don't know when Thomas or Martin were born or died or who Martins wife was.
Thank you

Lorraine

Church/Graveyard BUSHY PARK
Description of Church/Graveyard According to a plaque the local residents to commemorate the 150th anniversary of its first foundation in 1837 rebuilt the Roman Catholic church. It is likely that burials date from this period. In the porch is a portrait of The Very Rev Peter Daly P.P.V.G. and Chairman of the Galway Town and Harbour Commissioners, 1791-1868. The graveyard has many ornate box tombs and memorials and indicates that it served the emerging Catholic gentry and merchants of the Town as well as the local agricultural community.
