Find Ancestors

I am looking for Margaret McLaren I think she was born in the 1920s. Her dad was Robert McLaren and her mum Mary Devonport. They married in Dec 1921. have tried inputting many years but cannot find any trace of her. I think like her other brothers and sisters she was probably born in South Shields.
Would be grateful for any information.

That is her sister. Margaret went on to marry a John Lochhead in Old or West Kilpatrick.Dunbarton, Scotland.
She had 5 children John,Ann,Margaret Rose,Robert and Alexander. I know she died at the age of 55 so I think she was born around 1926. I have searched the Scottish records to try and find her birth records but could not find it. I assumed seen the rest of her family were born in South shields then so she must have to.

I have searched using the names McLaren (and MacLaren/McLaran) and Devonport/Davenport but not found her. Did find Robert McLaren using Davenport

Thank you for looking have found all the rest of the children belonging to Devonport in South Shields but also could not find Margaret McLaren, I will have to keep looking

As you are a new member, you may not realise that its best to only have one thread per family/request. That's because helpers tend to look at all the boards but may come across one thread while a different helper is trying to assist on another. That ends up as a duplication of effort.
