I don't know about that Michael. I'll ask my daughter tomorrow if grand-children do it. Just know I've never been good with numbers. Was really surprised when daughter loved maths. |

Morning all. Well I have a choice of jobs today. Fence painting, ironing and 'doing' the Fevre family. As we are forecated with heavy rain this afternoon, I think I'll make the most of it and start with the fence painting. Then depending on the mood after that I'll tackle one of the other two |

Good morning Julia. First two options not very appealing are they? Now the Fevre family does sound intriguing. Easier to research than White and Taylor (two of my family branches) I would guess if they are UK based I suppose. |

No need to delete any Jeannie, they're not taking up any space on my computer.......and, it's quite handy being able to see if and when I have pm'd people who aren't replying. If you get what I mean! |

Done enough painting for today. Had to come back in before I drop. So the ironing has no chance today. Think I'll have a mooch around the sites and see what I can find. Between the Fevres,Arnulls and Rowers, they are one big headache. Wonders if I will ever get to the bottom of them before I go completely grey or even bald |

Cynthia - it was just the thought of scrolling through 8040 just to find the right one! I know they are stored at GR. One of the snippets of knowledge I HAVE acquired. |

As Jeanie is having an away day playing with the Navy, I'll add to this to keep it nudged. |

I'm back! Didn't see any sailors. Went with my daughter to meet newly found rellies. A young lady born with the same surname as my mother's maiden name and her mother (who obviously married a man with that name). My daughter said on the way down that she would probably just sit there and not say a word. Towards the end of the meeting I couldn't help smiling. She was chatting away nineteen to the dozen. A really enjoyable change from routine - exchanging photos and stories. |
