Who registered Hannah's death?

How was she described? i.e. 'wife' or 'widow'

sorry for not answering reggie
hannah died in febuary 1922
described as widow of mark thomas smith
informant was some one from dudley road hospital
when the certificate came i wasnt sure it was hers until i read closer and it gives her address above her status/occupation as 71 marroway street which was her son sams address
