Thanks for all your help. I may have traced Margaret Horan now need to search the marriage of Charles John Brice and Margaret Horan but now sure what year they where married in Ireland and lived there for 1 year before moving to Cardiff to live.

It is difficult because i do not have a lot of information on Margaret's family.

Debbie, just to clarify one thing marriage and census records are entirely different things.

The only Irish census records that survived are the 1901 and 1911, they are free to search and view on this link http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/

You're quite right about James, Farnham is nowhere near the rest of them in Cardiff. But, if we're not given a location to start with then it's just a case of posting whatever records may be possible connections.
