The 1940 death of David Fox in France says his wife is Mary Fox nee O'Connor of Cork, Ireland. Also your David would have been much too old to be fighting in WW2.

Geraldine, the daughter 'Josephine' would not have been old enough to be on the Electoral Registers, that I posted above

I did recieve the marriage for david fox and josehpine medlock in 1919 in southwark she was a widow aged 24 an david fox at batchelor aged 33. also states he was ex army . she was a watitress .

david s witness was thomas o sullivan his BIL from the census 1911 .

also got david 's death cert for 1938 he was bulider Labourer
