Firstly AnnCardiff - apologies for the delay in replying but I had just typed a reply and the desktop computer froze and it has taken me this long to get functioing again ! Yes, this is the same family but two generations back. The other thread was for a William Evans and was resolved so I deleted it. I hope I did the right thing as this current thread is about completely different people. |

I have 1851 Census showing Thomas Evans 29 (b. 1824 Llansadwrn, Carmarthenshire) wife Anne (b.1823 Llangadock, Carmarthenshire) and children John 6, Anne 5 and David 2 - all born Llangadock plus 2 lodgers. By 1871 they only have two young children showing - Rees 9 and Elizabeth 6 - both born Llangadock. |
