Jannie I forgot to say they rounded the ages down on the 1841 census so you can't really go by the ages on that one. I have three children all of 5 years old in one census for 1841 and they are all about 18 months to two years apart on the actual births. |

Mmmm, interesting as I have George (1826, so likely 1823) in 1841 aged 15, as a carpenter - with parents George and Elizabeth, which ties to the 1851 (except he is a musician!) and 1861 he is back to being a Ship Joiner, then 1871 a Musician (again), 1881 a Gas Fitter. All very intriguing - I suppose it depends exactly what sort of musician. |
