annie ryan was i think born in 1904 in motherwell scotland now if i could get information on her past that would amazeing

i cant get certificate as all the papers we had were detroyed a couple of years ago but the first child they had born in 1927 was named anne that was my gran and she has 3 liveing sisters

Tracey, I know all this is very exciting and it must sound really boring of me, but you need to pace yourself a bit! The best advice anyone will give you is start with some hard facts for which you have concrete evidence. Unless you have very unusual names this will mean getting the occasional birth, marriage or death cert. Believe me, you will regret it if you don't back up speculation with facts and end up with the wrong family.

Certs can be bought online from the GRO:

They cost £9.25.

The entry provided by Joseph looks right doesn't it, provided you are 100% certain the name you are after is Ford. It gives you everything you need to order a cert.

Are the sisters Annie, Catherine, Agnes and Audrey, all born Manchester North, 1927 to 1931?
(They have the Jones/Ford birth combination)

my grandad richard jones is the one born to sarah ann in 1895 and his sister was elizabeth known as lizzy is it possible to get the name of his father

yes they are called annie catherine agnus and audrey they later had another girl called eilene ..... catherine died at a very young age

annie born in 1927 was my grandmother catherine died at 11mnths old agnus died a few years ago and audrey died in 2012 .... richard jones was there father its the name of there grandfather im trying to find
