I am a little concerned about some of your details. Henry Edward is the son of Henry and Henry is the son of Edward. This does not match with

"I have no details of her marriage to Edward other than they had a (first) son Henry Edward in 1823. Who married a Phillis (nee Ashby) at St. Andrew's by the Wardrobe, London, on 12th June 1854 (Info Guildhall Man's)." :-S :-D

There is this one in 1841.

It does not mention if Leah is wife or sister.

A bit more info here.

20-Aug-1826 C Henry LIDDIARD, son of Edward and Mary LIDDIARD of Aldbourne, Weaver 605

There are several Edwards and several Henry' so we need to find some definite markers.

This is the first time we have found Henry Edward.

The marriage of Henry and Phyllis definitely says he was a bachelor and also his father was Edward. I cannot make out their occupations.

Why do you think Henry was Edward and Mary(anne)'s first child.?

LadyKira

LadyKira Report 20 Feb 2013 21:04

Ok I think I have it. On Henry's baptism it says Edward was a weaver and mother was Mary.

This is from my tree.
