No marriage coming up for a John Williamson to a Jemima Clark 1911-1922. Two coming up for John Williamson to Jemima.

Assuming they stayed in Scotland, you'd need to search on Scotlandspeople.

On a free search there is one death for a John Stove Williamson 1922-1945. You'd have to pay to view both the index entry and if its a possible, the DC

If John Williamson died prior to 1945, he might just about served in WW2 - check the Commonwealth War Graves Commission without specifying a 'Service' in case he was in the Merchant Marines, or one of the Civilian deaths.

You will need to use scotlandspeople site to find the birth certs of Helen and her sibling. As the births are less than 100 years ago, you will have to order the cert.

That cert will give you the date and place of her parents' marriage to give an idea of when to start searching for siblings.

The marriage cert will give you her parents' ages and their parents' names and then you can start looking for them on the census.

You need to use Scotlandspeople website (pay to view) to look for John's marriage to Jemima. The marriage certificate will give his age and parents' names including his mother's maiden surname.

I'm trying to find out more information about Helen's family focussing on her parents and siblings:
John Williamson (Helen's Father) - possible middle name of 'stove',
Married Jemima Clark (Helen's mother)
Helen was born in 'Charlotte Cottage' in or near Lerwick
Had at least one other daughter
Died before 1945 when Helen married Alexander Brown Leslie in Thurso

Any help would be very much apprechiated!
