Thank you, Jansmith. Looks about right, Seth must have gone back up north after Annie Died as his Death recorded 1943 Oldham.

Andrew only says as I posted above Mr and Mrs not first name but do wonder if Annie death above is the grandmother as name ties in with Seth and year of birth seems to fit with 1911 census.

Article in newspaper states his parents are in Canada and his grandparents are Mr and Mrs Simkinson of 3Shelton Avenue Toddington where he was buried
