Lashings of gravy on mine please.

:-D

Frances

Frances Report 20 Dec 2015 12:05

The gravy is a little way off yet, Prickles, as the leg of lamb, with fresh sprigs of rosemary, has not been in the oven all that long - not forgetting with enough ApplewithElderberry wine to drown it!!!

If PR stands for Personal Record DetEcTive then I am fairly well with it from 1871 to now but I can never know what little gems you will come across, that I haven't yet stumbled over.
As you will know, it is only when you are trying to compile the tree you find you are short of a little detail.

PR - parish record ;-)

Frances

Frances Report 20 Dec 2015 12:42

Sorry about that. All Parish records are helpful as they tend to link individuals and it is these links which help to confirm that you have the right people so whatever you find I copy and paste into a Word File for that family and then try and tie it all together.

+++DetEcTive+++

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 20 Dec 2015 12:47

Everyone else has either run out of records they are confident with, or you've made them feel so hungry they've gone to get soemthing to eat!

That was the last of the obvious descendent PR - I might get a snack myself now :-)

Frances

Frances Report 20 Dec 2015 12:48

It has been suggested that a current family member has quite a bit of info but it is a long time coming my way, to compare with what I have. It may be, after Christmas you will see me again searching for more.

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 20 Dec 2015 12:49

You'll always be welcome, but as you know, check what others suggest and draw your own conclusions

Frances

Frances Report 21 Dec 2015 14:19

With the super abundance of info you gave me yesterday, it has taken til now to copy and paste it all out, and enter some of it into the tree.
This has highlighted the absence of Clara Ellen's younger siblings?

Does the 1871 show any more children with this family please?
