Agreed- It's always best to work backwards from what you know.


As it's likely this is Owen in 1891, you now know that he has a brother John- this might aid in finding the correct birth for Owen when you get to that point.

BANGOR. FATAL ACCIDENT, -Owen Parry, a carter in the employ of Mr John Williams, general merchant, met with a fatal accident on Wednesday afternoon. He was driving a lorry, and, the horses bolting, he was thrown off his seat and fell, one of the wheels passing over his head. He was removed to the infirmary, but died soon after admission.'He leaves a widow and seven children.
