Jacqueline Report 1 Feb 2016 15:33

Hello Penelope

I have searched the 1891 Census for Richard Bolland Born 1862, I don't know his parents details as yet as I'm stuck at him - I know he married Elizabeth Walker in 1881 but his wife appears not to living in the same property. They had their first child of 8 in 1883 (Ada Bolland) the lived in 3 Ash Street in the 1901 Census.

I think the following record is incorrect:

Archive Reference RG12, Folio 118, Page 25, Piece Number 405

It show the wife at the top (of the original document) Emma Whitlow but her husband is NOT showing on the original but the typed record is showing him. Are there any other way for finding Richard with his full family as this document is a bit of a mess.

Many Thanks

Jacqueline :-0

Hello Pen, You are clever and wonderful, it will take me a while to digest all that information.I did not know the 1881 census was free online. I have only been doing this for a month. Still trying to teach myself how to use this computer. My grandfather always went by the name Wallace and my mother has wondered all her life if that was her correct name. I will now be able to fill her in. In occupatins does a Ag lab mean a Agricultural labourer. After I get all this info in order I would like to ask you for anther look up if I may?. Once again many thanks... Trish in Australia
