Hi Ickle, Is it at all possible you could find James Attack (or variants) for me born c1825 he was in Sowerby Bridge in 1861 with his family. His occupation in 1861 was railway stoker. Would love to know his parents too if poss, hopefully Attack isn't that popular a name so anything would be very much appreciated. Thank You Pam

Hi Pam, I am sorry but your James is not in Sewerby Bridge. Looking at the births of their first two children it looks like he will be in Leeds in 51. You will need someone with an index for the leeds area to find him i think. If you get this, let me know the details and i will provide the image. Claire x

Hi Claire, Thank you for the offer, I'm after census information on the following who are apparently living in Middlesbrough. I have posted a seperate thread because I'm not sure if Middlesbrough is covered by the Yorkshire or Durham discs in 1851. Jane SPENCE aged 41 born Redmarshall and her son John E SPENCE aged 11 also born Redmarshall. I've been given the Reference HO107 2383 page 270. Many thanks, Paul

Morning all. Not much look this morning i am afraid. Natalia, I have gone through Guisborough twice to double check i didnt miss your Wilkinson's the first time and they are not there. Could they be anywhere else at all? Lynn, Dewsbury goes over two disks so i would need an address or actual reference number to be able to search for your Buckley's. I think one or two people do have a name index for this area so you could put a request out for a look up on it and then come back to me for the image. Paul, Middlesborough is on the Durham disks for 51, its very confusing isnt it? The Yorkshire disks goe up to H0107/2381. I hope someone has the Durham census for you. Claire xx

Hi Sue, The person that has given you 2353, have they given you the folio number as well? Your Bland family are not still at Feasgate but 2353 is just the disk number. I have gone through what i can see of the rest of St Peter the Little and they dont appear to be in that area in 51. I really need the folio number as well. I do still have your email addy. Claire x

Hi Claire, Would it be possible to do a look up for Barugh or Higham area in Barnsley. I have an image of the 1841 census for my HEWITT family but it does not give an address other than Barugh. I am looking for: Dalamar HEWITT. His first name could be anything from Daley to Dalamey, I have seen all versions. On 1841 census his age is 20. His wife, Elizabeth, age 20 in 1841 Children: Mark age 5 in 1841 Martha age 3 in 1841 Joseph age 1 in 1841 Thomas aged either 9months or 1 month By 1851 there should be at least one other child, Ann HEWITT born abt 1846. Thank you very much in advance. Regards Jenny
