Hi Sally Could you find Robert Lloyd in 1871 He was born Ruabon,Denbigh in Wales c1836 He was a Boilermaker,he would be in Liverpool in West Derby or Toxteth Park Thanks Ann.

Hi Sally Thanks for that, appears that he is my g grandfathers nephew. I was hoping that he would turn out to be the father of these children found in the 1891 census. Emma 11 Jacob 4 Janet 3 Ruth 6 Susan 9 They were in the Union Workhouse, all born Radwinter. Could you look to see if there are any other possible parents and also if you can find John's second wifes name. Hoping I am not asking too much Appreciate your help.........................Carol

carol John Livermore married Alice wright march qrt 1880 saffron waldon vol 4a page 595 1871 he was a lodger 1861 Jacob 1828 radwinter emma wife 1830 john son 1854 isabel daugh 1856 mary a daugh 1858 emma daugh 1860 I think Alice might have passed away before 1891 as he had a new wife then 1891 john 1854 ellen 1861 emma 1880 charles w 1883 george a 1886 frederick 1889 would you like me to search for a second marriage?? ___________

Hi Sally Thanks for lookup offer Could you check the 1861 and 1871 for John Livermore born about 1854 in Radwinter, Essex. I have him in the 1881 married with one child in Wimbish. Kind regards Carol

Thanks Sally, The family you found is the one I am tracing. I've checked the 1881 census but couldn't find under either name, JAMES or FREDERICK LEWSLEY. I did search free bmd but was not able to locate a death record. I'm trying to detemine any children so need 1861/71 census records. I know the difficulty and really appreciate your time and help with this one. Lynne

Hi Sally, If you could look for this family it would be really helpful to me, so thanks in advance! I'm looking on the 1871 census for William Childs b1817 in Shenly / Shenly Hill in Hertfordshire (aged 54 in 1871) and his wife Christiana b1816 in Leeds, Yorkshire (aged 55 in 1871). I have them on the 1861 and they were living in the St Pancras area of London. Thanks for your help. Peter

Hi Sally, Thank you for your offer. Can you please check the 1861 census for me for: JAMES FREDERICK LEWSLEY b 1826 Eliza (wife) On 1851 census listed as FREDERICK LEWSLEY and living 87 John Street, Pancras, London. His occupation is listed as piano forte string maker. 1841 census listed as JAMES LEWSLEY. Possibly born Somers Town. Alternate spellings I've found along the way - LEMLEY, LEMSKY. Thanks, Lynne

Canyou do a look up for me please in 1881 census, i'm looking for Joseph Archer b.1857 in Dunmow(possibly), should be the head of the family, no idea about his wife, but could have a son Arthur Edgar Archer b. 1878 at Dunmow.Many thanks. Hi Sally, Many thanks for your kind offer of a look up. Could you please look in the 1871 census for London, Stepney, 4 Stebonheath Terrace, Limehouse area for John Dillon, age 39, Elizabeth Dillon age 29 and any family members. Many thanks, linda ps. thanks for the info on 1851.
