Hi Lesley, Thanks for your help. Not sure if the 1871 Census is him. In that one he is unmarried and comes from Chorley, Lancashire. Then in 1881 he is married with a 12 year old son and comes from Euxton Lancashire. He also put that down for the 1891 & 1901. Anyway that some info to get on with anyway Thanks again Steve
