Hi Linda Apologies, it's Hume Terrace not Strret and it's on the same page in the 1881 census as Yarm Road. There is definitely a Hume Terrace in Darlington now so if it still isn't there it must not have been built then. The Stanhope information is excellent as this is a vital link I am working on (albeit a very complicated one!). Would it be at all possible for you to have a look for the William Willey in 1841 too please? I doubt that you will find Margaret there as they weren't married then and I imagine she came from Thirsk with her 'niece' in the late forties - I think it's her daughter actually. Many thanks Andrea

Hi Linda I do not know if you missed my earlier request but can I ask again for a look up on the 1871 census for John Henry Reed (39) born Sunderland (Ship Broker) Eliza Reed (40) born Bickley, Cheshire Living at Thornhill Park, Bishopweamouth. They were at this address in 1881, 1891 and 1901 so hopefully they may be there in 1871! Many apologies if you have answered this and I have missed it. Many thanks Susan

Hi Linda Thanks for looking for my Andersons in Burbank Street, Stranton, Hartlepool. Could I just ask you if you found Burbank Street itself or not, on the 1871, as they were there in 1881, and I wasn't sure if the street existed before then. Thanks again, Kath

Hello Linda Thanks very much for offering to do this. Does your CD cover Stockton-on-Tees? (The birth certificate I have says it is 'in the counties of Durham and York' - not too helpful!) The people I am looking for were at Maritime Street (sorry no street number), Stockton in 1865: MURPHY family, including Peter, Agnes/Agnas. Helen
