Hi Deborah Was wondering if you could look up John Grantham for me, born around 1700 in Yorkshire or possibly Lincolnshire. I know he married Mary Barchard around 1721 but desperatly need to know possible parents. I would be so grateful if you could find anything. Many thanks. Lindsey

ALISON I couldnt find anything on the discs, sorry! but there was two entries on freeBMD for 1890/96. I would suggest that if you were to apply for both with the mothers first name on application explaining the reason for ordering both they should be able to eliminate the incorrect one if not both for you! Are mother and father living together and if so have you checked the 1901 census? debs
