Hi Vikki, Would be very grateful if you could look at 1871 census for Joseph Mortimer, (lighterman), 20-25 ish, and A. Burwood, 16-22 ish. These two married in 1872 and were living in Stepney. If you are able to look at addresses, I would be very interested to see who was living at 4 Wellington St, Chelsea in 1871. Any info much appreciated and thanks for your time. Cheers, David in Hants

Hi, thanks for the offer. I am trying to find out information on my great grandfather John Lloyd born around 1843, married to Jane ?. He was born in Wednesbury Staffordshire at the time of the 1901 census he was living with his wife, son Richard, daughter in law Mary Ann and their children. At the time of the census his occupation was listed as Iron Moulder. I also know that he had a daughter named Sarah who later married and became Jenks. There was also another daughter named Harriett. Any help you can give would be much appreciated June Brady

Hi Vikki Thank you for doing the look-up for me ion 1871 census. I have Rosina on the 1891, by this time she was married and had changed from Coxhead to Bird. Her Coxhead family seem to have managed to elude the census takers as they are not on the 1881 either. I was hoping to find some of her siblings. I have the necessary info to get her birth certificate now but that will only give me her parents names. Oh well - back to the drawing board!! Thanks for your help anyway. Kathleen
