Greeting’s again. ……. Karen O’ Brisbane.

I still have to look at Registers held at the Records Office

But Thanks to some Toe Rag who stole my car & TRASHED it
The Thursday before Christmas ( See my post to Dewdrop 23rd. Dec. 08 ).

Visits to the Records Office are off the menu for the time being
Until I can get an other car
I’m relying on lifts from friends so I can complete my Volunteer duties
But feel I would be pushing my luck for lifts to the Records Office . …

Sorry I’ll get back to Records Office look ups as soon as possible.

MIKE. xx

Hello Mike, have been out of action for a few weeks, but back in UK and so sorry to read about your car. Some rotten folk about aren't there!

Still looking for Ann Arnold from Billesdon, bap 1814 Billesdon, Leics. Parents Thomas Arnold and Elizabeth. (info from familysearch.com)

Ann married Thomas Smith ( also familysearch.com) and is on 1851 census, also a daughter-in-law? Ann Arnold, who could be Ann's daughter from before she married Thomas.

My line is through Emma Smith b. 1845 Knighton, Leics, daughter of Ann and Thomas.

Do you have confirmation of any of the above?
Pamela, a Leicester lass

Margaret Report 16 Jan 2009 13:30

Hi Mike.

I have just found out, via the 1911 census, that I am missing 3 children for my GGgrandparents - hoping you can help.

What I have:
Frank Weston and Clara Ann Gilbert - married 1877 Leics
Gertrude Ada Weston 1877
Clara Weston 1882
Arthur Gilbert Weston 1888 (died 1904)
Grace Rhoda Weston 1891

The census says that 4 have died, so that will be the 3 'new' ones plus Arthur. Is there an easy way to try and figure out who they are?

Mike. The Leicester Lad.(GC) Report 18 Jan 2009 15:43

Greeting’s again. ……. Dewdrop.

I’m very sorry but due to the costs involved to obtain
That information…….
I’ve decided not to do look ups for the 1911. Census.
But if you go to Find my past web site
Then you’ll be able to register yourself ( FREE )
Then buy your credits = 60 Units = £6.95.( lasts 90 days )

Then go to 1911 Census web site & FREE Register there
You’ll be able to use your Units.

For 10 Units you’ll be able to down load the TRANSCRIPT
Which would give you just Names and age of who else is with John.
Plus the Address.

Or for 30 Units download the CENSUS IMAGE.

I can confirm that there is a record for your John born 1882.
So for the cost of only 10 Units you’ll be able to answer who else is with John.

Plus until 2012 I would be in breach of the Copyright rules by passing on information from the site regarding data on the image to a third party.via a public forum

I hope you’ll understand my decision regarding Look ups for 1911. Census.
