Hi guys , sorry been at work , information i have from the certs
ellen second marriage to james cooper he lived at 6 ross road hereford ellen lived at 167 belmont road hereford she was aged 23 marrage 1st oct 1911 her father thomas richards labrourer , james cooper wasa railway porter and aged 27 . his father was william cooper labourer , witness were emily hardman & harry richards .
second marriage to fredrick holmes is is a widow and so is he marrriage took place in nov 1922 hereford fredrick lived at 12 ross road and ellen at packhorse yard hereford witness were louisa davies& john jones .

there was also a joyce & linda but there are under cooper as mother maiden name ?,

could someone have a look at 12 ross road herford 1922 they lived there for 10years or so thanks

Can you just confirm the marriage info again?

Yesterday the address for the marriage to James Cooper was 12 Ross Road and the witnesses were Harry Richards & Louisa Davies

Today it's 167 belmont road with witnesses Emily Hardman & Harry Richards.

If Louisa was the witness to the SECOND marriage in 1922 then that would make more sense.

Ellen had a sister Louisa who married a Davies in 1916.
