Confirmation is always useful

I can see now that Reggie had already posted the same information as me. He did it when I wasn't looking :-)

I didn't 'accuse' you of anything.............I asked what you had done.

You now say you found the births of Phyllis's children...but at the the start of this thread, you asked us to look for them

I'll leave you with this now.....................good luck

But, please..............do not start any more threads.

Did you notice the info I posted about possible births for Phyllis and her mother?

Kenneth was a bishop like dad I have found his details

It has been hard going reggie

All I ever had was dads birth certificate as he died in 1994

On his birth certificate had no father then we found marriage to Edward Harrison

I had no idea how many. Brothers or sisters dad had as he never talked about it I am afraid I have tried my best there really is no need to be mean about it I am a busy mum of 3 and one of which is disabled . I don't get a lot of Time to do this or funds for that matter.

I have found births for Kenneth bishop,Barbara ,Pamela, tony ,and the twins which died so I am trying .

As I have also mentioned before reggie I have also a disability but if you read what I asked I only asked for help with Johnathan and Pamela so really accusing me of doing nothing is very unfair

I posted Dennis's birth.........and info about Kenneth!

ChristinaS Report 6 May 2013 09:36

All registered with mother's maiden name Bishop:

Edward Harrison 1937 - New Forest
William Harrison 1937 - New Forest
Barbara J. Harrison 1938 - Bournemouth
Tony A. Harrison 1940 - Hampshire
Pamela Harrison 1942 - New Forest

Can't see a Kenneth, Dennis and Jonathan/Johnathan with mother's maiden name Bishop, with matching surnames.

Suggestions ONLY

Births Sep 1885 (>99%)

Emma

Where did you get the name KENNETH?

EDIT

Was he also born as BISHOP? In 1935..............

ErikaH

ErikaH Report 6 May 2013 09:21

Having looked at one of the many other threads, it transpires that Phyllis did NOT know who her father was, and that the name Edith Annie Adams is merely that of one of the witnesses to her marriage

Pam

Pam Report 6 May 2013 09:19

Outward Bound Passenger Lists online only go up to 1960 which is probably too early for Pamela.

Have you tried Search All Trees which is located under Search at top right hand of the page to see if any of these names are on GR trees ?

ErikaH

ErikaH Report 6 May 2013 09:07

These are the twins

Deaths Jun 1937 (>99%)
Harrison Edward 0 New Forest 2b 961
Harrison William 0 New Forest 2b 958

ErikaH

ErikaH Report 6 May 2013 09:03

This, presumably, is your father

Births Mar 1934 (>99%)
Bishop Dennis P Bishop New Forest 2b 1006

So he could have had no full siblings

ErikaH

ErikaH Report 6 May 2013 08:57

Shipping records are on FMP....but ONLY up to 1960

Why don't you get back to the person who contacted you, and ask for some facts

Have you done any research in the 5 years you've been posting on here about this family?

You should not be asking for birth info................you should be able to find it

Pam

Pam Report 6 May 2013 08:54

There is this one in 1944:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Births Sep 1944 (>99%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Harrison John W Harrison New Forest 2b 1106

So mother's maiden name is Harrison

As Reggie has advised, you should be able to find this sort of information on

www.freebmd.org.uk
