I have received some help from the History of Castle Bromwich web site author William Dargue. One of great interest and a great read of a snipet of there lives is a summary of a child's memory staying at James (schoolmaster) & Jane Barnes.

Also a possible headstone B...J, lets hope it has a visible date!! St. Mary & St. Margaret', Castle Bromwich.
