Member Since: October 2005 Posts: 81 Send Message	Hi Julie, Just found these email exchanges & believe your George Evans may have been a nephew of one of my 3 x great grandfathers, William Evans. I am coming to the conclusion that George's father, Alfred, born 1817 in St Marylebone, London was a brother to William Evans, born 1815, St Marylebone, London. Two other possible siblings; Eliza born 19/08/1819 & George, born 29/10/1821 (both in Bethnal Green, London). Their parents were possibly William Evans & Mary Adams who married 01/03/1812. Will let you know if I get to the bottom of this. Regards Coreen

Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 222 Send Message	Have just seen this post and realise that it is about 6 years old. My gt.gt. grandmother Emma Binnie 1818-1848 was the sister of Jane Binnie. My main tree on Ancestry gives further information about the family. I have often wondered if the family emigrated as they all seemed to disappear from England. Will add the information on here to my tree. Thanks
