Jess - I'm so sorry you are leaving (I'm sure you'll still 'look-in' now and again though). This site was wonderful when I first joined 3 or 4 years ago and yours was one of the names I first came to know as a 'regular', who gave good, sound advice. It's such a shame that certain people have no idea when they are being given proper advice and take it upon themselves to cause enough trouble that you feel the need to go. This site will certainly be the poorer for your going. I, myself, only renewed yeterday after thinking long and hard about whether or not I should. I decided that I would miss the site too much - even though it is a shadow of it's former self. Newbies wouldn't believe how good this site once was and how many people of your calibre there used to be on here. Good luck in all you do. (See you now and again on the other side). Kath. x

Thankyou for all of your help jess. You were one of the 1st people on here to get me started on my tree when all i had was my name and my mums you pointed me in the right direction. Without your help i would of given up and not found out all of the information i now have about my family. I will still be able to keep in touch on the other side but felt like i had to say thankyou on here as this is where i first met you. Please feel free to pm me if you ever want to get things off your chest and don't let things get to you especially on here. Thanks again for your help Jenxx

Thanks for your help Jess GR does not know how much they are losing. You have helped me in the past with census look ups and other help. I have read your threads for adoption from time to time and it also helps me cos if you are not adopted I don't think you can truly understand what it is like. I am sorry you have been put in a position where you feel you have to leave. You have been as much an asset to this site as any other information put on it and made aviable thru it. Good luck and love Jess. Maria

Hi Jess, Im sorry too your leaving, your name always made me laugh. But on a more serious note, your Adoption thread, has helped so many people, and without your advice, and help, would still be left in the dark. Putting adoptees in touch with others, makes them feel special in as such they are not alone in this world. You should feel so proud of what you have achieved, by helping the others, you have helped yourself as well. Hold your head up high,as you take your final bow, you certainly deserve it. I admire you. God bless Trish xx

Hi Jess, I am so sorry you are not renewing your membership along with Lemon and others!!! This place is starting to sound like the Colin Fry show about people on the other side. I am really, really going to miss you all, I never posted much but loved to read all the threads and get a laugh at them. I too have very much appreciated all your help with searching my family, just what are we going to do without you?? I have registered on the other website but found it difficult to find my way around the site, please say hello to Malc and all for others for me, maybe someday I will give you all a surprise visit you never know.!! Best wishes From Betty
