nudgeing this up! I'm doing Warwickshire 1861 for freecen, and it really is easy! altho some is hard to read but you can figuire it out in the end! Come on give it a go!!!!!! it's very interesting too!!!! chris.

Margaret - have emailed you Alter - I emailed you before reading the above. You can do anywhere you like but they usually say it is better to do somewhere you are familiar with. Having said that I'm doing West Yorks which I am definitely not familiar with, but I'm finding it ok. I suppose it depends how bad the handwriting is!!
