And when you do get on they will be jealous of that.It is very comfortable to sit and moan but never make the effort to try to change your situation.
I was told,when I went back to education in my thirties that I was lucky because I was single and able to do so.The luck of having to get up and do a paper round before going into the factory where the woman who told me this worked part-time,then cashiering in an amusement arcade when I was not in a class,and hand in essays.You are probably far luckier than they in that you can take advantage of training that is equally available to them,should they like to look further than up their own and take advantage of it.

caz, their jealous of ya's, you have asparations and will succeed, they will just be petty and get nowhere......... laugh at em, just laughing will make you happy and you'll forget about em, honest........ you'r a lovely person take no notice of their sillyness, same goes for your hubby.
