That's what's booted mine up then, ready meals...!!

I eat loads of fruit n Veg, rarely eat bread or potatos n never ever fry food....

Swop the bad fats for good fats like olive oil, rapeseed. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, more colourful the better. Porridge and oat bran. Lay off the alcohol.
Excercise, exercise, excercise. Swimmings the best
