I have not really been watching Big Brother..and wondered what all the fuss was, regarding Alex..being evicted..her attitude..etc..
~So, thought..look up Youtube..Yes she is rather arrogant..arguementative..selfish..a lot of things really..

However I was reading some of the comments..next to the youtube
clips..They are truely shocking!....On some of them, there is a big race issue too..whites..making comments against blacks..vice versa...Its really not pleasant reading..some of it very KU KLUX KLAN ethos....Kids read those boards...No wonder society is all messed up...

I think the problem is that some people can't see that her vileness has absolutely nothing to do with her skin colour and everything to do with her just being a nasty human being. Hopefully youtube will pull any racist comments. If not they should be ashamed of themselves.

I am kidding you not Sally...if you look up some of the stuff..relating to Alex on youtube..there is one comment that was very explicit..and descriptive..

I think you are right..in the first part of your comment..people intially see her colour..and connect that with her attitude..which.....does stink

I have had a look Ophelia. Absolutely terrible, particularly one talking about servants in South Africa. And I did look for a reporting facility to get them to review the whole lot, but it appears you have to do it post by post.

yes....that is the one that really shocked me..!..that lot needs to be wiped...

Well obviously I don't ever watch it myself *cough* just occassionally caught snippets here and there *ahem*.
Do the people posting those comments on youtube not realise that it makes them just as vile as her?

I am beginning to think programmes like Big Brother are creating more problems and conflict...BB was a novelty at first..its just become a circus/zoo...

I was specifically referring to the blatant. crude..racism on the boards of youtube...Elderick..

There are a lot of positive clips on youtube...a vast majority quite innocent..Its a place people can put up their favourite clips..of bands..lost pets..funny moments...and for people to comment on..

I look up clips mostly..but on occasions do read comments to get an overall opinion...

That is just my opinion of course....

Joking apart, places like youtube are the natural haunt of mentally disturbed and psychotic individuals, who like to gain a reaction from this sort of thing.

I thought we were talking about the people who post racist comments........I mistakenly thought that was what this thread was about, not the people who watch the clips on youtube or the merits of posting clips.

I dont want to start a row on someone elses thread.....so I will do the honourable thing :-)

I was refering to the people that make the racist comments. I thought that was what this thread was about. I wasnt refering to the people who watch youtube, if you had read the now deleted post I would have thought that was clear.

I personally dont like racism. I hate and detest it.

I was also joking!!..now you deleted your replies it doesnt make any sense!

Im with Jax on this. Youtube is full of bored kids and the mentally disturbed leaving unnessessary comments just to annoy other people.
