I can answer one question. 6c 329 2nd qtr 1864. It means the certificate can be found in volume 6c on page 329, april May or June in 1864. |

If i find a name and birth ref but am not sure if it's the right person how can i check it out? For example i have a Robert Davies born Birmingham 11 march 1885 but not sure he is my grandad!! And Annie Lowe born Aston ref in bmd is 6c 329,2nd qtr.1864.Whatever that means? do i have to buy cert to see if they are relevant? Alan Davies |
