URGENT - Help renewing membership

I cant renew my membership, i changed my bank card and when the site asks me to confirm it's me to begin the paypal payment method it comes up with the following:
Oops!
Unfortunately your payment was declined. Please check your details and try again.
I am writting my password in correct, i've tried countless times.
Any one any ideas i tried contacting the genes reunited support team and it comes up with a similar message saying this is a unexpected error.
Please get back to me as soon as possible due to my membership expires at the end of the night.

I think a cheque is going to be too late because my account expires in 2 hours. Any other ideas?

Ann i think they give you 14 days after your expiry date

I renewed with a debit card, but it has to be a Visa debit card and not mastercard.
