all the fuss on tv this morning and on news online that Princess Royal has worn the same dress to Lady Roses wedding as she did to Charles and Diana wedding.

Does it really matter in fact im pleased she has and if I could still get into stuff I wore 27 years ago I would be pretty chuffed

They soon moan at the money that is spent by the royals but then moan that she has worn an outfit more than once

I'm just jealous that she can still get in a dress she wore over twenty years ago. i've gone up two sizes since then

I just thought well done her when I saw it in the paper. Then I thought, I wish I could still get into a size 10, I could 27 years ago but am 3 up from that now!!

I thought she looked very nice too.

Jenny.. I'm with you there... if I could get into a dress 27 years old I would be not only delighted, but much, much
thinner! ;-0(

But I don't see what is wrong with her wearing that same outfit.
I remember her in it at the wedding and saying how good she looked.
I don't know if any of you saw it, but she was on the Television chatting with someone (can't remember who) and she spoke about clothes. She said that she saw no reason for paying for a skirt if she could get at least 6 months wear from it.
I was with her there, as I get so much wear out of my cloths. I can't see any reason for buying clothes just for the sake of *wearing something different*.

I wish I had her figure! Good for her...

Dawnie, I bought a fridge magnet which says it all....

"I can only please one person per day...

Today is not your day......

Tomorrow doesn't look good either...."

Good luck with all your tests, it's difficult to be sweetnatured when you are in so much pain.....

I met her several years ago when she visited the Arts centre where I worked at the time. She is so petite and much more attractive in person then she looks on the tv. and in photographs. She drove herself to the venue, with just her lady in waiting for company. On the back seat of her Rover car there were shopping bags from Debenhams.I think she is the best of the Queen's children.

It's a pity her two elder brothers do not practice the same frugality she obviously does, though each winter I do see Prince Charles wearing an old camel coat. These never seem to die (camel coates), I've had one for over 20yrs, and I am sure OH will bury me in it. Good luck to the gal, I say

She must be the hardest working Royal.
I think she's great and good on her for being lucky enough to wear the same outfit. There should be more Royals like her
