only just seen this. Sending lots of love and prayers. I've had my fair share of worries with my own 3, and haven't even started on the grandchildren yet. One of my twins was in the LGI at 7 months with Meningitis. Horribly frightening, but he made a full recovery.

Whichever hospital he's in, he's in good hands and I'm sure he'll be fighting fit soon. Such a worry for the family watching and waiting though - you wish it could be you being ill instead don't you?

we are in yorkshire hoobity, no one else in the family is affected just harri. if he could just keep his temperature stable it would help, the sickness keeps coming back poor lad

At least they now know what it is,

My son was in hospital with that when he was in his 30's, he felt so ill, so how a little one must feeling I don't know!

They did actually remove his appendix as they were convinced that is was that. But it turned out in wasn't but they didn't want to take the chance

Hope they can make him feel better soon

We had a letter from sons school last week saying there had been several kiddies with this and to contact doctors for advice if any kiddies were suspected of having this. We are in Northumberland.
